Shipping & Returns - The Luvabull Policies

Shipping:

We offer reliable and efficient shipping throughout New Zealand. Our aim is to ship most items within 1-2 business days of receiving an order. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipment details once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items.


Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, or used.


Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.


Exceptions:

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include intimate apparel and perishable goods.
Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
